Terms of use for this website. They don't cover client project work, which is agreed separately for each engagement.
These terms govern use of ac2consulting.co.uk, operated by AC2 Consulting Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with its registered office at 117 Merlin Road, Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire, DN17 1LN ("AC2", "we", "us").
They apply to this website only. Any software, automation, or engineering work we carry out for a client is governed by the separate contract agreed for that engagement, which takes priority over anything on this site.
You may view and browse this website for the purpose of finding out about AC2 and our work. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse its content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
The AC2 Consulting name, logo, and the text, images, and code that make up this site are owned by AC2 Consulting Limited or used with permission, unless stated otherwise. Project names and marks referenced on this site (such as Companion Cremations) belong to their respective owners and are shown to describe work we've carried out.
We keep this site reasonably up to date, but we don't guarantee that everything on it is complete, accurate, or available at all times. Content is provided for general information and shouldn't be relied on as advice for a specific project without talking to us first.
Where we link to an externally hosted demo or tool (for example, our PureSCADA platform), that destination is outside our control once you leave this site, and its own terms apply there.
We're not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when they were last revised.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute relating to them falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
